2022 was the year of south Indian movies so much so that even in the list of IMDb's most popular Indian movies of 2022 there were 9 south Indian movies that found the place whereas there is only one Bollywood film named The Kashmir Files that copped a spot in the list.
1- Love Today
Pradeep Ranganathan is an emerging talent of Tamil industry, his second directorial and debut film as a main lead "Love Today" made huge business at the box office.
The film churned out huge moolah in the home market, Tamil Nadu and after the success of the movie in the original version, it was released in a dubbed Telugu version which also became a huge hit.
It is not available in Hindi but given the new concept of the movie, it might be remade in Hindi. In case if you still want to watch it, the film is available in the original Tamil version with English subtitles on the OTT platform Netflix.
Update: Recently, we heard that Khushi Kapoor, sister of Jahnvi Kapoor, is to make her debut in the 'Love Today' Hindi remake.
2- Sardar
