Salaar is the upcoming outing of the pan-India star Prabhas. After Baahubali 2 (2017), the actor suffered box-office flops in the form of Saaho, Raadhe Shyam, and Adipurush. And now all eyes are on Salaar.
The film is directed by Prashanth Neel, who has given the monster blockbuster KGF series, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. 'Salaar' was filmed in Telugu and will be released (22 Dec) pan India in multiple languages.

As per the reports, the digital rights of the film have been sold at a whopping price of 200 crores to an OTT giant. Apparently, Netflix and Amazon were battling for the OTT rights of the movie with Amazon winning the deal.
So, we can say that makers will have around 800 crores in hand before the film hits the cinemas.
