Captain Marvel fame Brie Larson started her acting journey as a child artist with the 2001 sports drama Madison. Her major role came in with the family comedy film Hoot (2006). 

The actress got her breakthrough with Destin Daniel Cretton-directed independent drama film Short Term 12. Further, She went on to appear in Kong: Skull Island (2017) which got her worldwide recognition.

She was featured in MCU's Captain Marvel in the titular role. The film earned her the record of the only movie for a female lead which went past $1B at the box office worldwide. The actress reprised her role in Avengers: Endgame, in the same year, and the film became the second highest grosser of all time.

Larson will also be seen in an Apple TV+ miniseries titled Lessons in Chemistry this year. The series is slated to debut on October 13. Along with acting, the actress also executive produced the series. 

It stars Brie, Lewis Pullman, Aja Naomi King, Stephanie Koening, Patrick Walker, Thomas Mann, Kevin Sussman and Beau Bridges.

Scott Pilgrim Takes OFF

Brie will soon be seen voicing the character Envy Adams in the animated series Scott Pilgrim Takes Off on Netflix. Developed by Bryan Lee O'Malley and BenDavid Grabinski, the series is slated to release

on the platform in 2023.
