Before 2023, Shah Rukh Khan had delivered only 1 All time blockbuster, 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' which too came in the year 1995. And after 28 years the Badshah of Bollywood has delivered two back-to-back all-time blockbusters in the form of Pathaan and Jawan.
Not only this but the actor has a chance to deliver a hattrick of ATBB at the box office this year. His upcoming flick Dunki, which is set to arrive in the cinemas in Dec last, is already riding on a high buzz.
The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani who has never failed in his career. All five movies of his, are considered to be huge hits. So, Dunki looks like a win-win venture for SRK.

Dunki is not a heavy vfx film so it would have a budget in the range of 100-130 Cr, as per the reports. It is expected to see a release in the range of 4000-4500 screens nationwide.

As per the media reports, Dunki revolves around a man who is working hard to get a better life, along
with, dealing with the issue of immigration.
The term donkey flight is being used in social media which is related to a route used by illegal migrants to leave India and move to other countries, especially the UK, the U.S. and Canada.

Srk's earlier two released movies Pathaan and Jawan had earned Rs 104.80 Cr and 129.10 Cr gross, respectively, at the box office worldwide on their first day.
Dunki is also expected to hit a century on the opening day given the successful track records of Srk, the actor and Rajkumar Hirani, the director.
