J Sai Deepak is one of the most famous lawyers in India in contemporary times. He is an engineer turned litigator and author of the bestselling books, 'India That is Bharat', and 'India, Bharat & Pakistan.'

He is a practising advocate who practices as an arguing counsel before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. His works mostly revolve around Intellectual property law, competition law and direct taxation.

His notable cases include the representation of entry of women to Sabarimala Temple, the Travancore Royal Family for their right to manage the estate of Pamanabhswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram and the Tata vs Turtle case.

J Sai Deepak's Early Life

J Sai was born on 23 Nov 1985 in undivided Andhra Pradesh, his mother tongue is Telugu. His schooling is from St. Anthonny's High School, Hyderabad. He is a mechanical engineer graduate from Anna University, Tamil Nadu (2002-06). 

He then completed his law graduation from IIT Kharagpur, Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (2006-09).

His career started as a litigator and further associate partner at NCR-based Firm Saikrishna and 

Associates. He worked there for seven years from July 2009 to June 2016. He left the firm to set up

an independent practice as an arguing counsel.
