Zac Efron starrer The Iron Claw is set to grace the cinemas in late Dec. The film is based on the life of Kevin Von Erich and his family. It will be released on 22 Dec 2023 in the United States and 9 Feb 2023 in the United Kingdom. 

Directed and written by Sean Durkin, it has Zac Efron playing the main lead, other cast includes Jeremy Allen White, Haris Dickinson, Maura Tierney, Stanley Simons, Holt McCallany, Maxwell Jacob Friedman playing the family parts Kerry Von Erich, Davin Von Erich, Doris Von Erich, Mike Von Erich, Fritz Von Erich, and Lance Von Erich respectively.

Talking about the India release date of the film, it hasn't been announced yet. The film is expected to arrive on rentals a few weeks after the release.

The Iron Claw Story

It tells the story of the Von Erich family, who popularized the Iron Claw Professional wrestling, and their battle inside and outside the ring.

The main character Kevin is a one-time world champion. He played football as a fullback for North Texas State University until he succumbed to an injury which led to the end of his football career and dream of playing the national league.
