Travellers’ questions
Does TALKSEN work abroad?
Yes, wherever you have internet access: mobile data or Wi-Fi. Check your data allowance before going abroad, and watch out for roaming charges.
What if the other person has no signal?
They will be able to join your phone’s hotspot with a second QR code.
Can I use it without looking at the screen?
Yes: every sentence is read aloud in the other person’s language. The text stays on screen so you can check it if in doubt.
